The Windows of Heaven by Richard Roberts

RR: Something has broken loose in the Spirit. Now those of you who watched us, we’ve been on the air now I was talking to our guests, Lynn and Dawn Braco and Kay Newberry earlier we’ve been on the air with this program, Something Good Tonight the Hour of Healing almost three years now. And every night we focused on healing, healing, healing, healing, nothing but healing.  We’ve had more than 20,000 miracle healing testimonies that come through the Abundant Life Prayer Group just through this program.

And in the last five months, almost 300 cancer related healings. And the Lord said, “You need to tell the people about ORU.”  I said, “Well, Lord, You told me to talk about healing.”  He said, “I understand that.  Don’t stop talking about healing.” But He said, “I want the spirit of debt broken off of people’s lives. And as I get it broken off of people’s lives, as they begin to sow, then ORU is going to have the spirit of debt broken off of them.”

People have been calling, making pledges of $100, $50, $20, $1,000, $5,000, $10,000.  We’ve already had one million dollar pledge. God is up to something. And I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.  Oh, come on, give the Lord praise. I want to thank you. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I want to say to you that you have a Bible right now to expect God to open you the windows of heaven and to pour you out a blessing where there shall not be room enough to receive it, and then to rebuke the devil, the devourer, for your sake.

Now that’s the Bible. You were talking about the truth, Lindsay, that’s the Bible. It comes true when you sow seed. And so many of them, Lindsay, have been saying, “I’m sowing it against my own need, my own debt.”  And I believe you’re going to get the answer that you need. And thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We thank you.

LR: One of the things that came up in while I was studying this and going through I have been studying this, you know, on Matthew 6.  And I’ve been going over that as the Lord gave it to me, but I particularly went through just the Scriptures of the people that were on these programs were saying.

The Graciousness of God by Lindsay Roberts

LR: than any name named in heaven and earth. Hey, let’s take that one. Pick whatever it is that’s affecting you, offending you, holding you back, holding you down, and say, “In the name of Jesus, the name of Jesus is above me, so get thee behind me, Satan? And command Satan to take off.

RR: Why don’t you just lead someone who feels very, very low tonight? Why don’t you just lead someone in that prayer, like you were just saying right now, about using the name of Jesus? Just pray that prayer right now.

LR: You know, Jesus said, “If I be lifted up?

RR: Yes.

LR: “I will draw all men? You need a lifting up today. Well, Jesus said, “If I be lifted up, I will draw all men unto me.”  So we’re going to lift up the name of Jesus right now and draw you right up there with Him.

In the name of Jesus we speak to anything that’s devastating your life right now, and we pray for the lifting up power of almighty God to lift you up before the throne room of grace. And right now in the name of Jesus we just bring you before the Father God and say, “Father God, please pour out your healing virtue, your healing power, your mercy, your grace, your oneness and wholeness.

And we thank You, Father God, for healing infirmity, whatever it is right now. You be lifted up and be made whole. In Jesus” name, you have a Bible right to it in Jesus” name.  Amen, amen.

RR Gives a word of knowledge about someone with a crooked arm. The woman says she feels like a young woman, and she’s 72.

LR: Where does the Bible say that at 72 you have to give up and shut up and crawl up and die? It does not say that. The Bible says your youth shall be renewed like the eagles. Well, that can’t be for young people because they already have their youth. So who do you think it’s for? The ones who’ve gone on and gotten older in their age.

But you have a Bible right because, you see, it’s the older eagles that go off and they literally beat off the old feathers off their physical bodies. When their feathers leave, the new feathers come up, and they are literally renewed.

The Leading of the Lord by Richard Roberts

Richard Roberts No Comments »

And I felt a very strong leading of the Lord tonight to put anointing oil on my hands and ask you to walk over to your television and lay your hands on my hands as I prayed tonight.  And I believe that as I pray that miracles are going to begin to break loose in people’s lives.

Sue, what do you have?  What’s happening in the midst of the Abundant Life Prayer Group?

SUE: We have Jackie in Abilene, Texas tonight.  She’s a grandmother and was watching the program several weeks ago, a couple of weeks ago, and is going to tell you what happened to her granddaughter, who’s had a miracle.

RR: Okay.  Hello, Jackie.  How are you tonight?

J: I’m just praising the Lord, Richard.

RR: Well, that’s what we’ve been doing tonight.  Tell me what’s happened, Jackie.

J: I have a granddaughter that’s 12 years old, and for the last couple of years they’ve been watching her because they found scoliosis.  And she had an appointment about two weeks ago for a checkup, and she had gone from a 9 to a 12 in just a few months.

RR: Now what does that mean, a 9 to a 12?

J: I’m really not sure, Richard.  It’s a scale they go by.  And so they told my daughter they wanted her to take her to an orthopedic doctor.  And the soonest they could get in was this past Monday.

Last week when Kathy was there, I heard that you were going to pray for the children.  Do you remember that night?

RR: Yes, ma’am.

J: Well, Brittany’s mother was out of town on business for the state, and so she was staying with me.  And we get out of Midland at ten o’clock at night.  Now I think we get you at nine.  But Brittany was wiped out.  She was tired from school, and so I told her, “Honey, just lay down on the couch.”  So she came in and she lay down on the couch, and I went to the phone and I called the Prayer Tower.  And the young man I prayed with, he knows how to get a hold of God. When he prayed, I knew we’d touched the throne.  I asked him to agree in prayer that it would be done that night.  And I’m telling you, the power of God was just all over me.

Think of God First by Lindsay Roberts

You know, we pulled in on campus today, and I thought, “Oh, yeah, I remember. I remember.”  Why?  Because I love him. Because he loves me. And those words will be alive in me forever. So it’s not that it’s so hard. It’s just a matter of your heart. Everything with God is a matter of the heart.

RR: Lindsay, I don’t know why we’re so surprised. Terri said it so beautifully, you can see Satan coming. You know what he’s going to do. He comes to steal, he comes to kill, and he comes to destroy.

LR: Correct.

RR: We see him coming.

LR: I anticipated when I got up this morning, knowing that there’s a women’s conference coming, I mean, it’s sort of like with the water you get the wet.  You know, if you’re going to jump into a swimming pool, you can anticipate water.  At least I hope so. And, you know, it like comes with the territory. And I knew that.

But when I was sitting on the ditch, all the revelation in the world didn’t make me feel one bit better that I was sitting in the ditch.  However, we need a word in season that will cause faith to rise up in me.  I didn’t have it in the ditch.  I didn’t have it in the barn.  I didn’t have it when my daughter was up against the barn.

However, from my 13 year old child, with her finger in my face, saying, “Mother, I will not give up,” I got a revelation. I think we all need a jumpstart message. Every morning, every night I have working on this diligently every night till practically two o’clock in the morning.  And he’s been right there beside me helping me, because it’s clicking inside me.  But that didn’t make it one bit easier. Even I going through this very message needed something to kick start me?

And I think women especially in the body of Christ want to talk, and we want to talk about lots of things. But we’ve got to focus our discussion on what’s relevant, what’s going to matter in eternity, what’s going to get us out of the ditch, for heaven’s sake, and get us back on the road, and it needs to be a word.

RR: Now what you’re talking about, Lindsay is focusing on life, instead of focusing on death. You know, you can focus on all the seemingly dead things around you, all the seemingly lifeless things around you.  That’s what I hear you saying.  That’s what I hear all of you saying.
